In 1969, VJ Usina Contracting, Inc. started in St. Augustine, FL, beginning a tradition of unparalleled customer service and quality site development contracting services in Northeast Florida. - Local: Locally owned and operated, Usina Contracting, Inc. has been building in Northeast Florida for over 50 years. In the beginning, our company consisted of a man with a tractor clearing land around St. Johns County. Since then, we have grown into a full-service site development company.
